These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PH768 platform, including all games, account features, promotions, and payment services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager on PH768.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by PH768 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
Important: Underage gambling is illegal under Philippine law. PH768 takes a zero-tolerance approach to underage access. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the PH768 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. PH768 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PH768 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. PH768 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PH768 username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. PH768 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity unless you have notified PH768 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify PH768 customer support immediately. PH768 reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach.
You may request the closure of your PH768 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations.
PH768 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. PH768 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to available payment options through the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount on PH768 is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your PH768 account balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. PH768 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which PH768 accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. PH768 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount on PH768 is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, which may vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
PH768 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where PH768 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, PH768 will notify the affected player and cooperate with any applicable regulatory or law enforcement requirements.
All transactions on the PH768 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). PH768 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees will be borne by the player.
PH768 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your PH768 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not available for withdrawal.
PH768 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and exploiting errors or technical faults in the Platform. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their accounts suspended and balances forfeited.
PH768 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, PH768 will honor any bonus funds already credited, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
Each game available on the PH768 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game on PH768, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, the game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.
All games on the PH768 Platform utilize certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. PH768 publishes return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games. These figures represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, PH768 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, PH768 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. PH768 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

PH768 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, without prior notice. In such cases, PH768 may withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable, report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

All content on the PH768 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of PH768 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the PH768 Platform without the prior written consent of PH768. Any unauthorized use of PH768's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PH768 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if PH768 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
PH768's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PH768 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude PH768's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
PH768 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the PH768 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. PH768 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
PH768 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the PH768 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the PH768 Platform shall first be submitted to PH768 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
PH768 operates within a PAGCOR-regulated framework. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by PH768 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
